Trinity Metro is soliciting proposals from contractors to provide and deliver a turnkey Intelligent Transportation System (ITS) consisting of Automatic Vehicle Location (AVL), Computer Aided Dispatch (CAD), Vehicle Health Monitoring (VHM), Automated Passenger Counters (APC), and an On-board Voice Announcement System (VAS).
