Trinity Metro is seeking a contractor to analyze and rewrite each railroad’s existing non-vital PTCSP to a mixed system PTCSP, along with all necessary appendices and RFA required for submission to the FRA. The contractor will provide support to the Agencies during the review process until a final PTCSP mixed system certification is issued.
